Can you stamp my service book?
Yes, we will stamp your service book with our official company stamp as proof of your service being carried out by HS autoservice.

 

Are the parts fitted to my vehicle guaranteed?
Yes, all parts fitted to your vehicle are covered by the manufactures parts warranty.

 

Is the labour covered when you work on my vehicle?
Yes, all labour is covered for twelve months. 

 

Would my manufactures warranty be invalid if you service or repair my vehicle ?
No (due to block exemption)

 

Will I get an invoice for the work carried out on my vehicle?
Yes, you will be given an invoice on completion of all agreed work being carried out on your vehicle.

 

Are there any hidden costs when servicing my vehicle?
No, any extra work required outside of the agreed service will be reported with the costs involved and you will be informed of this on the completion of the agreed service. We will never carry out extra work without your authorisation.  

 

Can you service or repair my vehicle at my house or work place?

Are the technicians fully qualified to work on my vehicle?
Yes all technicians are NVQ level 3 qualified in vehicle maintenance and repair. with IMI memberships.

 

Are the technicians fully insured?
Yes, all our technicians are fully insured to drive and work on your vehicle.
